Poola Blossom Slush was a cold, sweet caf beverage available at Kat Saka's Kettle in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu in 34 ABY.[2] The drink was purple in color with the brown caf topper. It contained Poola blossom. It was consumable by humans.[1]

Poola Blossom Slush was added to the menu of Kat Saka's Kettle at Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge on August 29, 2023 as a seasonal offering.[3] The menu description was "Plant-based Ube-flavored Horchata, topped with Cold Brew."[4]
