Polystarch Puffbread was a food served at the Milk Stand at Black Spire Outpost on the Outer Rim planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[2] It was a multi-layered bread with a sweet shell. It was suitable for human consumption.[1]

Polystarch Puffbread served at Disneyland
This pasty was first served in the real-world Milk Stand at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California for a limited time in April, 2023. At Disneyland, it was described on the menu as a "Multi-layered Pastry with a Crunchy, Sweet Streusel Shell." The bread returned to Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in summer 2024, again for a limited time.[3] At the same time, from May 4 to May 31, 2024, a different recipe for Polystarch Puffbread was served at the Milk Stand at Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios in Bay Lake, Florida. At Hollywood Studios, the menu described Polystarch Puffbread as "Croissant topped with Blue and Green Milk Craquelin served with Yuzu-Passion Fruit-Coconut Dipping Sauce."[4]
