Polycarbonate was a light-weight material which was used to make the furniture of the AO14 net gun produced by Palandrix Personal Protection Gear. It was available during the Galactic Civil War between the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire.[1]

Polycarbonate was first mentioned in Enter the Unknown, a sourcebook released in 2013 for Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars: Edge of the Empire roleplaying game.
