Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Padawan of the Jedi Order was a Force-sensitive individual who lived during the Republic Era.[1] At some point by 68 BBY,[2] the Jedi trainee resided in the Order's crèche on[1] the Core Worlds[3] planet Coruscant as a youngling, alongside fellow Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn. The Padawan was assigned to the Jedi Master Poli Dapatian for Jedi training at some point after he was appointed to the Jedi High Council.[1] In 40 BBY,[4] Jinn remembered his former crèche-mate when reflecting on Dapatian's experience as a Council member who had trained a Padawan while fulfilling their duties.[1]

Behind the scenes

Poli Dapatian's Padawan was mentioned in Master & Apprentice, a novel written by Claudia Gray[1] that was released on April 16, 2019.[5] Prior to the novel's release, their mention was included in a StarWars.com preview for the book released on February 13.[6]
