Jedi crèche

The Jedi crèche^[2] was a location in the Jedi Temple where Jedi younglings lived until they were chosen to become a Padawan.^[1]

The Jedi crèche had sections within it demarcated for different age groups. Age groups in the crèche ranged from toddlers to pre-teen Jedi.^[1]

Regald Coll was a Jedi minder of toddlers in the Jedi crèche. He often lamented that his duties to the Order took him away from his place within the crèche and to Starlight Beacon. He remembered stories of the difficult days he had. One of the memories involved a room full of toddlers who had missed their nap and discovered that they could basically do magic. He also remembered the peaceful sounds they made when they took their midday nap and the joy he had playing with them.^[2]
