Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

Polearm Five flew an A-wing as part of the New Republic's Polearm Squadron. During the campaign against Warlord Zsinj, this pilot died in the battle for the Razor's Kiss from a turbolaser shot from the Executor-class Star Dreadnought Iron Fist.[1]
