Pocket cruisers were a type of starship. The Munificent-class star frigate of the Confederacy of Independent Systems was often referred to as a pocket cruiser.[1]

Behind the scenes

Pocket cruisers were first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in Rise of the Separatists, a 2019 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' series of Star Wars Roleplaying products.[1] They were first mentioned in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the 1984 reference book A Guide to the Star Wars Universe, authored by Raymond L. Velasco.[2]
