Pix was a male tooka cat owned by a human on^[1] the Core Worlds planet^[4] Coruscant during the Imperial Era. In 1 BBY, Pix and^[1] its^[2] owner went for a walk and visited a Coruscant^[1] park next to a reflection pool.^[2] After arriving, the owner told Pix it was a good boy, before crouching down and asking the tooka if it wanted to go for a run while taking off the cat's leash. In response, Pix meowed before^[1] scampering^[2] over to a figure sat on a bench—the dead Imperial Security Bureau^[1] supervisor^[5] Lonni Jung—and began sniffing his body and meowing. The tooka's owner then called to^[1] his^[2] cat, telling Pix to come to him. After the tooka looked away from Jung's body and sniffed again, the owner repeated his call for the cat to go to him, and Pix^[1] wandered^[2] away from Jung.^[1]

Pix had dark brown skin, cream and brown fur with darker fur on its ears, and light blue eyes. The tooka wore a gray-brown collar.^[3]

Behind the scenes

Pix first appeared in "Make It Stop,"^[1] the tenth episode in the second season of the live-action Disney+ series Andor,^[6] which aired on May 13, 2025.^[7] The tooka was named after a deceased dog of one the series' visual effects artists.^[5]
