Pisc Dowdrena was a Tynnan who became a noted architect and designed the stately City Hall of Mos Espa, a city on the Outer Rim desert planet Tatooine,[1] by 9 ABY.[2] The building's architecture suggested a sense of civic pride and duty, although the mayors of Mos Espa in fact worked for the crime lords that controlled the city.[1]
