Pira was a Bivall female[2] doctor in the Tabor Hospital on Protobranch. She was trapped in the hospital when a solar storm disabled the planet's technology, but was rescued, along with several younglings, by the Jedi Padawans Dooku and Sifo-Dyas.[1]
