Phootie was a male Pho Ph'eahian comedian who traveled during the Clone Wars with a Kitonak to Haruun Kal. On this trip, he traveled in the same shuttle as Mace Windu during the Jedi's mission there. He was menaced by local law enforcement along with his partner at the Pelek Baw spaceport, and made light of the situation after Windu dealt with the arrogant officers.
