Phenesta Wesh was a senator in the Galactic Senate[1] of the Galactic Republic[2] who, after leaving the Senate, wrote a tell-all autobiography about his career titled Turmoil which he released during the reign of the Republic's successor state, the Galactic Empire,[1] in 3 ABY.[3]

In the holobook, which became a bestseller, he claimed to have spent his career attempting to weed out corruption in the Senate. Reporter Dorna Parros covered Wesh becoming a best seller during a HoloNet News broadcast and called Turmoil riveting, advertising it as available in distro centers across the galaxy.[1]

Phenesta Wesh was mentioned in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws.[1]
