Phelar was a city located on the Outer Rim world of Eriadu.[1] During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Eris Harro, Bureau Chief of the HoloNet News Outer Rim Node, held office in Phelar.[3] The city also housed an Imperial Junior Academy. Under the strict laws of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin, supporters of Tarkin defended the man's policies as ways to remain tough on crime, justifying that belief by saying the streets of Phelar were safer.[1]
