Perspex was a transparent material that could be used in the construction of clothing. The Shungbeek pilot Kid Malmash wore a suit with a perspex dome that retained a argon-rich atmosphere[1] while attending a celebration on the moon Ajan Kloss following the Battle of Exegol[2] in 35 ABY.[3]
Behind the scenes
Perspex first appeared within Star Wars canon in the 2019 sequel trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker,[2] and was identified in the accompanying reference book Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[1]
