The Perseverance was a Carrack-class light cruiser of the Galactic Republic that served in Home Fleet Strike Group Five under Lieutenant Commander Lorth Needa. It participated in the Battle of Coruscant during the Clone Wars and, along with other starships in its group, trapped the Separatist Alliance flagship Invisible Hand.[1]
