The Partold system was a star system that was located within the Instrop sector,[1] a part of the Slice portion of[2] the Outer Rim Territories.[1] It was the origin point of the Partold social group.[3][4]
Behind the scenes
The Partold system was established in the StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, which placed the system in grid square T-17.[1]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for the Partold in relation to the Partold system.
