The Paccosh species had leaders who led the species and their nation, the Paccian Governance.[1] In 19 BBY,[2] Paccosh official Uingali foar Marocsaa met with Chiss Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nuruodo (Core name "Thrawn") and informed the Chiss that his leaders had been visited at the Paccosh capital of Rapacc by Nikardun General Yiv the Benevolent, which wished to speak his demands and share his gloatings with the Paccosh's leaders.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Paccosh leaders were mentioned in the 2021 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising, the first installment of Star Wars: Thrawn Ascendancy Trilogy written by Timothy Zahn.[1]
