Overseer was a position within various governments and organizations that had the responsibilities of overseeing various projects or groups. Xun Garret served as Overseer of the planet Tyed Kant during the Galactic Civil War. Then-Captain Sander Delvardus lobbied to become the naval overseer of the Imperial Navy under Grand Moff Ardus Kaine for the Rimma Trade Route, largely because he wanted to be stationed near Clak'dor VII, where his mistress, Seledra-Zin, was staying.
The Muun Juhm was the overseer of the Gwori shipyards at the time of the Battle of Gwori. The Skakoan Umbrag was also an overseer in the Techno Union.
