Outriggers were a vehicle component used in speeder bikes that extended from the front of a bike to support steering vanes. 74-Z speeder bikes had two black outriggers built to withstand extreme torque. Each of the 74-Z's outriggers had two brown steering vanes attatched to its tip.[1]
