Other Nine

The Other Nine—the name itself having been privately coined by Jedi healer Torban Buck—was a secondary team consisting of nine Jedi were selected by the Jedi High Council to act as a back team to^[1] the Luminous Nine^[3] who were to travel to Sophros to return the Shrikarai creatures to their homeworld, in the event of anything going wrong with the primary team's mission. The secondary team consisted of Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh, Jedi healer Torban Buck, Jedi Knight Ceret, Jedi Master Indeera Stokes, Jedi Master Cohmac Vitus, Jedi Knight Lily Tora-Asi, Jedi blademaster Zaviel Tepp, Jedi Master Kirak Infil'a, and Jedi High Council member Yarael Poof. Buck ultimately took the place of Jedi Master Arkoff on the main team.^[1]
