The Ossiki Confederacy Army was a military unit on the planet Toydaria[1] in the intersection of the Mid Rim portion of Hutt Space.[2] The army served the Ossiki Confederacy[1] and regularly fought in the Toydarian seasonal wars,[3] a cyclical conflict driven by the creation of food shortages by Toydaria's climate. The Ossiki Confederacy's leader once declared that none of their enemies should have access to food if they could not have it.[1]

Under this directive, the Ossiki Confederacy Army used chemical weapons to poison[1] and destroy the supplies[3] of rival confederacies,[1] becoming infamous for doing so.[3] During one of the wars caused by drought, the Toydarian Watto joined the Ossiki Confederacy Army in his youth and received a broken left tusk and a lame leg during the conflict. After the drought subsided and the war ended,[1] Watto mustered out of the army[4] by approximately 38 BBY.[5]
