The Origins Game Fair, also known as the Origins International Game Expo, is an annual convention where manufacturers have the opportunity to introduce and promote a number of Star Wars products, with seminars promoting West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, and the hosting of both Star Wars PocketModel TCG[1] and RPGA™ Network-sanctioned tournaments. Over 500 RPGA tournaments, including Star Wars scenarios, were run at the 2003 Origins Game Fair.[2] West End Games originally previewed the then-forthcoming Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game at Origins '87 in Baltimore.[3][4] In later years, the convention was sponsored by Paizo Publishing and Wizards of the Coast and hosted a number of first-run Living Force events.[5]
