The Organa Air Cavalry were a military unit loyal to the House of Organa, one of the Great Houses of Alderaan, during the Alderaan Civil War.[1] In 3643 BBY,[2] three members of the unit were deployed to aid Republic forces in reclaiming Fort Orrus, a Organa stronghold captured by the rival Great House of Thul during the War. Three solders deployed from above the stronghold, using ropes to descend into battle and then fought alongside the Republic forces in engaging and killing the general leading the Thul troops, Varus Thul, and a Sith Lord named Serrok, who had been sent to aid the Thul troops in battle by the Sith Empire.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Organa Air Cavalry first appeared in the 2011 BioWare MMORPG, Star Wars: The Old Republic. They arrived to aid the player in the final fight in the quest "Reclaiming Ft. Orrus" and it is possible for any or all of the three to die in the fight.

The Old Republic — The Lost Suns 2 takes place ten years after the treaty, one week after the mission to Nar Shaddaa, and around the time of the SpecForce Incident. Since the mission and the incident are respectively part of Act I of the Jedi Knight and Republic Trooper's storylines, and the Trooper's Act I occurs concurrent to Act I of the Smuggler storyline, the general events of the Prologue and Act I for all classes can be assumed to occur in 3643 BBY.
