Ord Sigatt

Ord Sigatt was an Outer Rim Territories mining planet in the Galactic Republic. The planet was originally settled by the Republic militia as an Ordnance/Regional Depot, but upon the discovery of carvanium by one of the settlers, it quickly evolved into a mining colony.^[1]

The main settlement on Ord Sigatt consisted of a spaceport, an energy station, and a water treatment facility, among which many of the colonists settled.^[1]

Dexter Jettster once owned a rough-and-tumble bar on this planet, though the bar was mainly a front for an illegal blaster-running racket. It was on this world where Jettster first met Obi-Wan Kenobi. He was there because he and his Jedi Master, Qui-Gon Jinn, were investigating the disappearance of the Hardy Harrow, a carvanium-mining ship. They later found out that Dexter Jettster and his friends were behind the disappearance, to protest the tyrannical rule of Denon-Ardru Mutual.^[1]
