The Ooroo Canyon was a canyon on the planet Ossus in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy. Some distance from the western Eocho Mountains, the canyon was named after Jedi Master Ooroo. Circa 5000 BBY the Jedi Order established the Great Jedi Library on a mountain above the canyon, where it would stand for a millennium. Like many Jedi sites, Ooroo Canyon was painted with vivid murals and dotted with sculptures depicting great Jedi of the past.
