Onyx Squadron was a starfighter squadron in the Galactic Empire that was commanded by Onyx Leader Ubbel. Cadet Lyttan Dree and Cadet Han Solo were part of the squadron in 10 BBY, and flew TIE/rb heavy starfighters. At one point they were assigned aboard a[1] Cantwell-class Arrestor Cruiser[2] and were attacked by raiders. Solo disobeyed orders to save Onyx Two, leading to his craft's damage and crash aboard their ship. He was then sentenced at a tribunal for disobeying orders.[1]
