"Ona Klatoonie (Sleemo)"[1] was a song in the galaxy that was sung in Huttese.[2] By 3 ABY,[3] the song was known by members of the Rokana Raiders pirate group.[2]
Shortly after a disguised Kay Vess regaled Ibess the Qua and several other members of the Rokana Raider with a story about her adventures in the tavern at their base in the Sayma Nebula another group of pirates began singing Ona Klatoonie. Vess listened to the song but did not join in.[2]
Behind the scenes
"Ona Klatoonie (Sleemo)"[1] was created as an in-universe music track by Cody Matthew Johnson for the "Wild Card" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[2] which was released on May 15, 2025.[4] In the game, it is sung in the raiders tavern during the "Dead Man's Tale" mission of the expansion. Listening to the four minute song is optional and possible for players to skip.[2] It was later released as part of the game's soundtrack Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card & A Pirate's Fortune (Original Video Game Soundtrack) where it was first identified as being called Ona Klatoonie (Sleemo).[1]
