Obatt was a Duros male lieutenant who served the Galactic Republic during the Cold War. In the year 3643 BBY, he tasked a Republic hero to protect a House Organa field operative while he dismantled a Ulgo sensor in the area. The mission was successful, and the hero returned to Obatt.
