A nutritional supplement was utilized by the Galactic Empire to feed their workers so they would more efficiently process oxygen while in low-gravity environments. The flavorless supplement was processed from a particular plant that was small and green. The plant leeched the nutrients out of any soil it was grown in and destroyed other plants grown near it. Due to that property, the Empire took over the remote farming moon of Raada to grow the plant at the expense of the local crops.[1]
