Nut butter was a type of butter made using nuts which could be served in cafes. The voice of an individual speaking with a mouthful of nut butter sounded muffled and sticky. When the Jedi-in-training Luke Skywalker first met the Givin mathematician Drusil Bephorin[1] in 0 ABY[2] after she had been sitting at a cafe on the planet Denon he wondered if her voice sounded muffled and sticky because she had consumed nut butter at the cafe.[1]
Behind the scenes
Nut butter was mentioned in the 2014 novel Heir to the Jedi, which was written by Kevin Hearne.[1]
