Numian cream was a type of sauce served to stormtroopers of the First Order. Served alongside meat and mealbread, it was intended to be filling and energizing, although stormtrooper FN-2187 believed it to taste like chalk.[1]

Numian cream first appeared in Before the Awakening, a junior novel written by Greg Rucka and published in 2015.[1]
