Noxi Kell was a Jedi individual who served as the assistant to Chief Librarian Jedi Master Jocasta Nu. Shortly after the First Battle of Geonosis, Kell was sent by Nu to bring new Knight Iskat Akaris to the Jedi Archives for a discussion about her future in the Order. At one point, Akaris asked Kell if she could identify her species, a question Kell was unable to answer due the return of Nu, who ushered Akaris out.[1]

Not long after, Kell answered every question Master Obi-Wan Kenobi had on Cato Neimoidia, helping him to greatly shorten his time in the Archives. She gave him a nod and a wave on his way out.[2]

Noxi Kell appeared in the 2022 canon novel Brotherhood, authored by Mike Chen.[2] Noxi Kell is named after Kelly Knox, a fellow Star Wars author and friend of Chen.[3] Chen remarked how Knox helped him in writing Brotherhood by answering obscure worldbuilding questions, usually by sending images of DK Publishing reference books.[4]
