Nos monster rib

Nos monster ribs was a dish consisting of the ribs of a Nos monster from the planet Utapau where they were eaten raw by the native Pau'an species. 'Baby' Nos monster ribs were served in Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant where they cost 9.7 credits with extra charge if the customer wanted them cooked.
