"Nojak, It's time to come home."
"Why? So you can boss me around the farm. Take away everything I love? No, I'm done with that."
"Si you'd rather hand around here, selling pell rocks with these swoop heads?"
"They're my friends."
"You can tell yourself that. But we both know that this isn't the life you wanted. You had dreams. You were gonna be a pilot."
"How would I do that if we don't even have a skyhopper?"
"We'll figure it out… we always do. Just come home, Nojack… come home."
―Malina talking with Nojak in the seventeenth episode's recap[1]

Nojak was a fictional character and child of Malina and sibling to Suna in the holodrama Family of the Frontier Worlds. The series released at least seventeen episodes[1] by 3 ABY.[2] In the fifteenth episode Malina states that the storm destroyed all of the farm's crops. Despite Suna's desire to help, Malina states that they might need to sell their skyhopper which upsets Nojak, who storms off. In the sixthteenth episode Malina comes to Nojak asking him to come home and noting that he couldn't fulfill his dream of becoming a pilot by selling pell rocks with his swoop gang friends. Nojak counters by asking how he could become a pilot without a skyhopper. Malina promises that they will figure it out if Nojak just comes home.[1]

Behind the scenes

Nojak's voice first appeared in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.[1]
