Nilos was a male sergeant and member of the InterStellar Regulators living during the Galactic War. During the Conquest of Makeb in 3638 BBY, the Regulators sided with the Hutt Cartel in their occupation of the planet. Under orders of Vice-Commandant Grevin, Nilos and his men shuffled citizens of Makeb between several secure locations in Talaos City to prevent them from organizing against the Hutts. Nilos questioned the nature of the order, but Grevin reminded the sergeant that keeping the Hutts happy was what paid his salary, threatening to place him on cleaning duty if he continued to object.[1]
