A mining crew was active in the Tatoo system during the Old Republic.[1] Led by Mining Chief Operator A'Lerris Verata, the miners were in conflict with the Zynt'aia pirates for the control of the Nallera's Mining Field[3] and its valuable asteroid of obsidian.[4]

Behind the scenes

Nallera's mining crew appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[5] Nallera's mining crew was added to the game with the release of the expansion pack Jump to Lightspeed on October 27, 2004.[1]
