The Mu tree was a species of tree native to the moon Isamu in the Birjis system. The trees grew in pairs, and at night their shadows looked like lovers kissing. Seven years after the death of Saahir Ru'luv, Captain Thaddeus Ross fulfilled a promise to visit a grove of Mu trees on Isamu they discovered so he could finally forgive her for breaking his heart.[1]
