By 32 BBY,[2] a gutted jukebox from the first cantina in Mos Espa, a city on the Outer Rim desert planet Tatooine, had been used to fabricate a storage cupboard that was kept in the Skywalker home on Slave Quarters Row of the city.[1]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, Mos Espa's first cantina was mentioned in the 2016 reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations. It was part of material reprinted[1] from the 2000 reference book Inside the Worlds of Star Wars: Episode I, which was written by Kristin Lund and marked the first mention of the cantina in the Star Wars Legends continuity.[3]
