The Morellian Commonwealth was a Wild Space[1] star cluster.[4] It contained several star systems,[3] including the Morellia system,[1] the site of the astronomical object of the same name.[3]
The Morellian Commonwealth was home to a long-lived near-Human species known as the Morellians. The Morellian systems utilized technology of a relatively low level, and tasked the Morellian Enforcers with maintaining law and order within the Commonwealth. The Morellian Barosa Warren was born on Morellia approximately 160 years before[3] 2 ABY,[5] and, by that year, was believed to be the last Morellian in existence.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Morellian Commonwealth was introduced in Alliance Intelligence Reports, a 1995 sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the cluster's Morellia system in grid square S-3.[2]
