Mole mine

Mole mines were mines used by the pirate group the Nihil during the High Republic Era. They worked by burrowing under the ground toward their target and subsequently bursting out of the ground and ascending to the height of the target's torso and exploding.^[1] In 232 BBY,^[2] multiple mole mines attacked Jedi Bell Zettifar, Loden Greatstorm, and Porter Engle at the Blythe homestead after the residents had been kidnapped by the pirates.^[1]
