A Mokk hunter
The Mokk were a Dantari tribe that lived on the planet Dantooine.[1] Most of the tribe lived in its village[2] but many Mokk, including their tribal leader, resided in the Mokk Stronghold.[3] Soothsayers and shamen were also part of the tribe.[5] The Mokk were in conflict with the Kunga and the Janta, another Dantari tribes.[6] The Mokk were usually more hostile and aggressive towards strangers than other tribes.[5]
During the Galactic Civil War, the Galactic Empire suspected the Rebel Alliance to have contacts with the Mokk.[4]
Behind the scenes
The Mokk appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[5] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[7]
