The Modus system was located in the Rifle Worlds, an area of the Hapes Cluster in the Slice portion of the Inner Rim. It was connected by the hyperlane known as the Rynmar Trail to the Vergill system of the Rifle Worlds and to the Sargon system in the Gateworlds.[1] The Modus system shared its name with the starship manufacturing company Modan.[2]

Behind the scenes

The Modus system was introduced in The Essential Atlas, a 2009 reference book authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square O-9.[1]
