The Model 7 Therm-ax was a two-handed weapon produced by the SoroSuub Corporation and sold for 850 credits. The ax was composed of a durasteel alloy and contained thermal coils beneath the surface of its blade. These coils heated the blade to up to 500 degrees, meaning that it could incinerate flesh and light flammable materials on fire.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Model 7 Therm-ax was mentioned in Gadgets and Gear, a roleplaying supplementary sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying series that was published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2019.[1]
