Mkaal was a male Human who was one of the Sith Lord Shalath's five Sith apprentices during the Cold War. Mkaal and the others were sent to use Sith runes in a ritual to bind a Sithspawn, but they were killed by Dromund Kaas's wildlife before they could complete the ritual. Mkaal carried the Rune of Power.[1]
