The Galactic Empire undertook a mission to a barely named, barely thought of world to investigate merchant stands. However, the Sith Lord Darth Vader also arrived with his own mission, travelling to the planet's Jedi temple with a team of incinerator trooper. A human male archivist and Twi'lek archivist attempted to put up a fight against Vader but died doing so. Eventually, Vader secured a tablet from a human female archivist, and the troopers burned down the temple.[1]

  2. In "Tales of Villainy: A Last Chapter," the breastplate of Vader's armor is the same as the one in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back, meaning that "Tales of Villainy: A Last Chapter" is set after the previous breastplate that appears in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, but before Darth Vader's death in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. Star Wars: Galactic Atlas places the end of A New Hope in 0 ABY and Return of the Jedi in 4 ABY, meaning that the events of "Tales of Villainy: A Last Chapter," including the Galactic Empire's mission to an unidentified planet, takes place between these two years.
