Between 0 ABY and 3 ABY, Han Solo conducted a mission to the Vontorian treasure ship Graceful Promising, one of the former pirate queen Maz Kanata's caches which was locked in orbit with a dark star in the Outer Rim Territories, with the help of his partner Chewbacca and some Rebel Alliance Pathfinders led by Lieutenant Caluan Ematt. The mission was ultimately successful, with Solo ultimately deciding to fully turn over the Graceful Promising's treasures over to the Rebel Alliance instead of using it to pay his debts as had been originally planned.^[2]

Solo joined the Alliance during the Battle of Yavin in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, which Star Wars: Galactic Atlas places 0 ABY immediately after. Solo was later captured by the bounty hunter Boba Fett during the events of Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back, which Galactic Atlas dates to 3 ABY, and remained in Jabba's custody until the crime lord's death in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. Therefore, the events involving the Graceful Promising must have taken place at some point between 0 ABY and 3 ABY.
