During the Cold War,[6] the Mission to Spalex[4] was undertaken by Resistance members Karé Kun and Jessika Pava along with the journalist Suralinda Javos to obtain propaganda that would show the New Republic what the First Order was really like. On the recommendation of C-3PO's droid network, the trio traveled to[3] Spalex, where the First Order was attempting to mine the planet's thorilide.[6]
The mission
Karé Kun, Jessika Pava and Suralinda Javos went on a mission for the Resistance to the planet of Spalex where they intended to get footage of First Order troops to use against the First Order and support the Resistance in the New Republic Senate. They ended up getting captured by First Order forces and Poe Dameron and Snap Wexley were also captured by Commander Malarus and Agent Terex. Oddy Muva let them out of their cell and then sacrificed himself in a TIE fighter, destroying the Enshado.
