The Ministry of Security was the ministry of the Galactic Empire that dealt with public security, and was tasked with protecting "the welfare, property and livelihood" of citizens of the Empire. The Imperial Advisor Bregius Golthan had been given a supervisory role over the ministry by Emperor Palpatine himself.
