Milton Johns is a British actor who portrayed Bewil, an Imperial officer, in The Empire Strikes Back. He has two lines in the Carbon Freezing chaimber, the first of which, "Lord Vader. Ship approaching, X-wing class.", Johns delivers in his own voice. However, for the second line, "Skywalker has just landed, m'lord.", his voice was dubbed by a more American sounding actor.
He is best known to sci-fi fans for appearing in Doctor Who in the stories The Enemy of the World (1967-68), The Android Invasion (1975) and The Invasion of Time (1978).
