Milo Phipps was a Human male agent who worked for the Republic Strategic Information Service on Ord Mantell during the Cold War.
Biography
Prior to the Great Galactic War, Milo had been a senator and one-time Governor of Dantooine. During the Cold War he conducted operations for the SIS on Ord Mantell. Believing that the former criminal Veem Set had important information about the Mantellian Separatist Movement, he enlisted the help of a spacer to break out the captured Set from the Separatist stronghold.
